Students trust GTU Hero because the papers, answers, and syllabus feel right. Your job is to keep that trust — every branch, every semester, every upload.

Day to day

Make the content exam-ready.

This is hands-on product work. You are the person who finds missing papers, fixes weak answers, updates syllabus units, and makes sure what students open the night before the exam is actually useful.

Curate & improve

  • Papers & syllabus Source, upload, and organise the latest materials so every subject stays complete.
  • Questions & answers Improve wording, fill gaps, and raise the quality of model answers on the platform.

Keep it current

  • Exam dates Update exam dates across branches so students are never guessing from old notices.
  • Quality passes Revisit older content, clean duplicates, and mark what still needs a human check.
How you work

You don’t invent papers alone.

Good content comes from campus. You coordinate with students and professors across branches to pull the latest papers, confirm answers, and close gaps before exams hit.

With students

Reach out to branch mates and seniors when a paper is missing, a unit looks wrong, or an answer doesn’t match how the subject is taught this semester.

With professors

When something needs a second opinion — especially answers and syllabus coverage — you loop in faculty or subject experts and get it verified.

Commitment

This is real weekly work.

Content doesn’t stay fresh on vibes. We need someone who can show up consistently, especially around exam season when papers and dates move fast.

5th+

You should be in 5th semester or above — enough GTU context to judge content quality.

4–5h

About 4–5 hours a day. Roughly 20–30 hours every week on curation and follow-ups.

Laptop

A working laptop is required. Most of the job is editing, uploading, and coordinating online.

Who thrives here

Three skills. Used every day.

These are not soft extras — they are the job.

  • Communication

You will message students, seniors, and sometimes professors. Clear asks, polite follow-ups, and no ambiguous “please check once” threads.

  • Coordination

You juggle multiple branches and open loops — keeping conversations moving until the right paper or answer actually lands on the platform.

  • English

Verbal and written. Platform content, chat follow-ups, and internal notes all need to be clear enough that another moderator can pick up where you left off.

Compensation · Apply

₹10,000 / month. Contractual.

This is a contractual engagement with the organisation. You get paid to improve content — and expected to actually do that work.

If you are not performing your duties or improving content properly, the contract can be terminated without prior notice.
